Get Your Life Back With 7Hour Slumber

Wednesday, January 27th, 2010

Get Your Life Back With 7Hour Slumber We spend roughly a third of our life sleeping, but that third is mighty important. If your sleep is inadequate, the other two thirds will suffer.

Hello. My name is Bill and Rudie. I have dealt with insomnia in Pea Ridge for the past five years. My troubles might have begun when I was in a serious auto accident just outside Lowell. Recovery can often be long and difficult and you could spend months in a Centerton hospital. You know how impossible it is to get a good night’s sleep in a hospital. The pain meds were also a problem because they can mess up your natural sleep cycle. The first few months after the accident may be an endless blur of restless nights and sleepy days. Needless to say, I know how poor sleep affects the two-thirds of ‘awake’ time.

Fortunately, a Bella Vista friend suggested 7Hour Slumber to treat my insomnia. 7Hour Slumber helped me re-set my biological sleep/wake schedule. I am finally sleeping regularly!

Good sleep is priceless. I am now more productive at work. I feel good enough to lift weights at my favorite Lowell fitness center. I have more energy for my Pea Ridge friends and family. In short, I have my life back again.

The all-natural sleep aid 7Hour Slumber is not just for the “one third”. It is just as important for the other ‘two thirds’.

Melotrex for Jet Lag in Bentonville

Tuesday, January 19th, 2010

Circadian Rhythm Hi, it’s Bill here again sharing sleep news for Bentonville insomniacs.

I have been conducting informal research on lack of sleep effects in Bentonville for several months now. So far, I have tried Reposanex and 7Hour Slumber. This upcoming week, I am eager to compare Melotrex.

Melotrex works with your body to re-set your natural circadian rhythm. No, I am not a dancer, ‘circadian rhythm’ is the scientific name for your internal body clock. All animals and plants have a natural 24-hour cycle. Circadian rhythms disorders affect your physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Circadian rhythms can be altered by pregnancy, rotating shifts and jet lag. I don’t have to worry about being pregnant, but since I will be traveling away from Centerton on business next week, I will definitely need Melotrex. I will also do yoga and my special relaxation techniques faithfully while I am away. Since I am very sensitive to disruptions in my sleep cycle, I have a bedtime ritual that I use in combination with all-natural sleep aids to help me sleep.

For more information on Melotrex, Reposanex, , and 7Hour Slumber, see Chris’s Honolulu Sleep Chart Blog. These sleep aids are available online for all Pea Ridge and Lowell folks who want to re-set or maintain their sleep/wake cycle for better health and improved immunity. I don’t know about you, but I am at least a little concerned about H1N1 and other viruses that are spreading in the Centerton area. To stay healthy, make sure you get enough sleep!

Melotrex for Restful Sleep in Bentonville

Wednesday, January 13th, 2010

Melotrex for Restful Sleep in Bentonville Do you feel like napping all the time? AR sleep doctors advise their Bentonville patients to refrain from naps during the day. After a few days without napping, insomnia patients can often sleep through the night.

I am a former insomniac and live in Bentonville. I started using Melotrex to help me fall asleep. I have compared other sleep aids sold in Lowell and Pea Ridge. Some of them made it possible for me to sleep through the night, but I could never fully wake up during the day.

I have a Centerton sales job which requires constant travel around AR. Before I started using Melotrex, I would often pull my Brilliant rose family car over at a rest area and take a quick ‘power nap’. If only those naps had made me feel more ‘powerful’ when I woke up!

What good is a sleep aid that makes you feel just as tired during the day as if you hadn’t slept a wink the night before? Melotrex is an all-natural insomnia treatment that helps you at night and during the day. At night, you fall into a deep, restful sleep. In the morning, you wake up with a clear head. That is the magic combination when it comes to Centerton sleep aids.

Other effective holistic sleep aids similar to Melotrex are 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night. Don’t waste your days napping, try Melotrex, 7Hour Slumber or Sleep2Night. When you sleep at night, you don’t need to nap during the day.

See you again soon

Bill’s Bentonville Sleep Diary

Wednesday, January 6th, 2010

Bill's Bentonville Sleep Diary If you suffer from sleep issues like many folks in Centerton, you may want to start a sleep diary. You can keep track of when you climb into bed, when you actually fall asleep, how many times you wake up during the night and when you arise in the morning. In addition, you can record other factors that may be related such as medications, stressful events, number of cups of coffee, exercise, etc.

Then you can compare these factors. Analyzing any connections may help you better understand your insomnia.

By keeping a sleep diary for a month, I was able to isolate several factors that triggered a sleepless night in my Bentonville bedroom. Some of those factors, such as caffeine consumption, are controllable. Other factors, such as the occasional loud barking of my Bentonville neighbor’s dog are beyond my control. When I am awakened by barking or other unexpected loud noises, I take 7Hour Slumber. I can get back to sleep fast and the whole night is not ruined.

I am Bill Rudie. I have used most sleep aids available in Centerton, both prescription and over-the-counter. 7Hour Slumber is my favorite OTC insomnia treatment.

By keeping a sleep diary you may discover how to alter your busy Bentonville lifestyle to help you get more sleep. For the nights you can’t sleep despite your best efforts, try 7Hour Slumber. I know it has helped many Bentonville sleep apnea patients, also.

Here’s wishing you restful sleep tonight.

Sleepless Nights in Bentonville?

Friday, January 1st, 2010

Sleepless Nights in Bentonville? Welcome to Bill’s Centerton sleep blog. Maybe it can provide some light reading for your sleepless nights if you are troubled by sleep problems. I am pretty tired (no pun intended) of not getting enough sleep. I plan to try some new Bentonville sleep aids to see if they really work. I will give you updates here on my blog.

This week, I will use Melotrex and see what happens. I ordered Melotrex on http://www.bestsleepaids.net. I didn’t even need to leave my Bentonville house to pick it up at a Centerton drugstore. Melotrex is relatively new but has been receiving some favorable reviews from long-time Pea Ridge insomniacs and Pea Ridge holistic health professionals.

In addition to reporting on my Bentonville sleep aid results, I also plan to include some interesting facts about sleep in my Centerton insomnia blog. For example, did you know that people who regularly sleep less than five hours at night have roughly a 40 percent higher rate of heart problems (including heart attacks) than people who are able to consistently get eight hours of sleep? I have a few other risk factors for heart disease, so my chronic insomnia is even more troubling.

Here is another interesting but non-worrisome sleep factoid from the animal kingdom: Dolphins sleep while swimming using one half of their brain at a time.

I wish one half of my brain could man the controls while the other half curls up on the couch. Come to think about it, it is possible that only half of my brain is currently working. Perhaps Melotrex will help get the other half in gear.

Check back soon.
